I have an 88 TC,I'm looking at a few turbo's on e-vil bay,my question is there are such a variety of turbo's how do I know which ones to look for?? Is an M-24 the same? I know I need a T-3,or do you guy's know where I can look for what I need new/used/rebuilt,any help would be appreciated,I also done a search can't seem to find what I am looking for,maybe just not using the right phrase,but really would appreciate the help......Thanks Rod

We need LOTS more info..... what are your HP goals? What mods have you done? What mods do you plan to do? What boost levels are you thinking about running?

The mods. that I have done so far are in my sig. I would like to be close to 250/275 by the time I'm done,I run 17psi now with a Volvo intercooler,I would like to get to 21/22 psi but I am not sure the Volvo will handle that,probably should of looked a little more into it before I picked it up,but that is what I have to work with for right now,and head work will be the next mod. hmm....

From the woefully uninformed dept.

If you are looking for big hp, t3 is the way to go. There are a slew of posts on the topic of the appropriate trims & hybrids. However, the RR cam may not be the best for heavy breathing. Also a number of posts on this topic.

You can get into the 250-275 ballpark with a straight T3.
