Fell in love with the 87-8 TurboCoupes, back in the day. Young, married with kids. Went to dealer after Job promotion, lusted over an as I recall a Red/Orange TC - drove off with a used 4-dr sedan. Kept my eye on used ones all along. Bought mine December 2016, with less than 81K. Now, nearly @ 110K with Antique Auto plates & weekend cruising... Some tweaks to stock: Gillis ; No-CAT w/ dual 3 inch ; K&N knockoff ; 11deg BTDC ; 91-3 premium always.

88 Turbo Coupe: Intake and exhaust mods, T3 turbo at 24 psi, forced air IC, water injection, BPV, Ranger cam, subframes, etc., etc.
86 Tbird 5.0 (original owner): intake, exhaust, valvetrain mods, 100 HP N2O, ignition, gears, suspension, etc., etc.

Tried to include some pic attachments, "too large" file size. Will figure that out & post. Marti report : build date 01-20-87. "77" paint Dark Shadow Blue (original). T5. IHI original turbo it appears, getting 19-20psi (bosch gauge though dash seems same). 3.55 trac-loc. One of 1508 build with these paint/trim codes. Sold 03-16-87 Toledo Ohio Kistler Ford (Fleet Order). Have to thank you guys & previous web design as this new format not complete with all info from other. Tried to Pay but no plastic or paypal option. Currently involved with deciphering 'miss' and power issues - looking like valve lash/springs hopefully not a head replacement issue... if that turns out to be the case, would be seeking advice on how to perk it up (cam etc). Tennessee car now was acquired suburb of Buffalo NY.

Hi ,I’m in Georgia . Pick up a 87turbo coupe in Boca R. Fl. Heard about the site from Hagerty’s.
Got it running- I have the fender- I took them off to do rust repair.
