Morning guys, Right now i have cone filter,Garret T3 at 16lbs boost,adj FPR set at 42, 3"down pipe then split into duel 2.5" out the back.........T5, 3.55 gear
what could be done next to give me just a little more ooomph without being too too expensive??

Define "too expensive"... your budget & mine might be different. Smile

Weight reduction is free.
Intercooler upgrade not crazy expensive.
Sticky tires can be had at a fair price with some searching.

Its a few days a week driver play toy and she scoots pretty good now, I was thinking the front mount intercooler but didn't know if that would actually be seat of the pants difference? how much difference would a cleaned up upper from stinger help? I know i need a better fuel pump also(have just not put in yet).

fuel pump upgrade + 18psi = Smile

i wouldnt put $ into an upper just yet, make the fuel pump top priority if you can. it really isnt a bad job, just takes a couple hours. time well spent.

I got the pump, just havent had time to put in yet. so after the pump goes in what next?

After the pump looks like a cam would be the next best bang for your buck.

t3/4 50 trim stage 2 .48, bo 1.5 cam, lightly ported e6,stinger 3 inch ex., mild intake porting, basic cone filter, kirban, new motor (factory rods, .020 cp pistons, stock head specs).coolingmist injection, esslinger cam pulley.

Without bigger injectors which opens a whole new can of worms...after the FMIC I would enjoy it....enless the speed bug as really got ahold of you.... Smile

I bet you would be shocked at your air fuel ratios at WOT above 4500rpms...probably abit lean....but the old castiron 2.3T takes it.
