Ok, Ill check in to that when I get home from work. It just hit me, I left all that in when I put the motor in, I could have damaged it then.

Hmm, I was rummaging around and found my old bleeder type boost valve that I heard probably came with the superchip that was in the car. Anyway, put it on, closed it up and got 10 psi max. One full turn and it was set at about 17. but i had to reset the idle because it jumped about 500 rpm with the "leak".

Any ideas why when I bypasses the stock bcv nothing changed, but when I use new hoses connected to my old mbv why it would work?

I have the opposite problem, 8-10 lbs of boost but the engine sputters and doesn't accellerate like when it was new. Takes the fun out of drivin it. Could the turbo bearings be on there last legs? 87 T/C 5sp man,
