OK, so I shouldn't have waited so long, and it cost me more because of waitin'(flywheel had stress cracks everywhere) should've bit the bullit and got an Aluminum one. Had the new(used) flywheel lightened(18.2 lbs) and surfaced and went with the Star stageII clutch with a stageIII pressure plate. They say I gotta put 300 easy miles on it before I start "dropping" the clutch. I like the feel so far - but I'm comparing to months of driving on a bad clutch. Couldn't find any Redline so I refilled the trans with Mobil synthetic ATF. Oh ya, since we were there - new rear main seal(the cause of the clutch problem)

How is the pedal pressure compared to stock?

Pat(pnrvegas, on the other site) said, the stageIII PP has 400 lbs more pressure than stageII. Maybe the hyd. clutch absorbs that pressure but the clutch is still easy to push down(maybe I should'a went stageIV???). Clutch feel is different, gotta get use to the engagement point and I don't feel any chatter! Now I can get the DP,exhaust, and intake on, that I've had for a few months, and start slammin' some ricers and cramaros! I was gonna school my kid with his 95 T-Bird 4.6(again!!!), but his car made an unauthorized exit from the driveway last week, and hasn't been seen since.

I got the stage III disc and pressure plate. It is awesome. No chatter and holds up to my 5600rpm launches with 15+ psi of boost on slicks.
NO TC and NO headaches.
