fuel line repair

Hey guys, somehow my fuel line broke just before the fuel filter, I did a search and someone talked about a repair kit for the plastic fuel lines on our cars, I think from Auto Zone. Anyone use this before, is it any good? If not, any ideas? They dont sell the lines anymore.
