I'm trying to purchase a header from
someone off of here but it has no egr. I have a welder who says he can add one on. I have no idea what the dimensions of the pipe would be or anything of that nature. If anyone can help me out with that it would be much apreciated.
Thanks

Stock, the EGR pipe screws into a fitting that in turn screws into the ex man. The fitting that screws into the ex man has a calibrated orifice (hole) in it that controls EGR flow to some extent. You need to have a similar setup with the correct size hole. I dont remember the hole diameter. Snnce our EGR system is an on/off system (EGR valve is either open or closed), it is very important to have this hole exactly right or there will be too little or too much EGR flow with the valve open.
