I had a chance to swap in another wiper motor and change the leaking VC gasket over the last week. Thanks to BJL for technical assistance on the wiper diagnosis (they wouldn't park). Now to get to a couple other things.

About how long did it take to do the VC gasket? Mine is leaving a nice little pool of oil on the intake manifold.
