This was the one that was leaking (cyl 3), I bought o rings to replace on all of them but I wasn't expecting this. Do I need to replace the injector or does it matter since its chipped before the oring? If I do have to replace it do I have to replace all four. I have 2 extra sets at the house (One set is brand new) but Im 400 miles from there so if I can save myself the money I'd like to do that. Sorry about the picture quality, not my camera.

That chipped piece is the pintle "hat". 1.It won't hurt anything. 2. If you get a "O" ring kit from NAPA it will have hat in it. You have to ask because they have kits with and without the hats AND 3 that chip is not the reason the injector leaks. "O" rings can leak and replacing them is the fix. However, injectors can leak from the inside and if that is what it is doing it must be replaced.

I checked mine by zip tieing my injectors into the rail to secure them (upper intake off), then I removed the injectors from the lower intake and ran the fuel pump with the EEC test connector. I also had someone crank the car over so I could see the spray patterns.
