Well, if you have access to a document scanner,
scan it and send it to me and I'll see what I can do. Scan it at a high (DIP) resolution. Halftone magazine pictures can sometimes be tricky to scan, you may have to play around with the setting to get a good scan. Position the pages as square as possible in the scanner so they will scan straight and flat as possible for good focus. If it's too big to scan all in one part, be sure there is plenty of overlap in the 2 scans, I'll need that to merge them back into a single image.

I just opened the 380K version I downloaded and it is showing up very distorted. It's like it's 18" wide but only 3" high on my monitor. This is w/ Win7 Photo Viewer or Windows Live Photo Gallery.
Anyone got any idea what happened. The link above looks great when I open it.
Nice job Dave

Pete,
I just tried to download the photo and it opened just fine with my photo-viewer/editor (I use Irfanview here at work). Not sure what happened with the Windows live photo editor.
Anyway, I'll send you the full file by email if your IP can handle it. They are still a few little tweaks I want to do to it, should have the final one done this weekend.

I have the same problem, too, but it opens normally with just about any other program (e.g. Chrome, Photoshop, etc.) I opened it in Photoshop again and re-saved the Jpeg and it opens fine with Win Photo viewer.

This is the "Low Res" version from Photobucket. Hope you don't mind, Dave. And I would definitely like the full res version, please.

It probably could be done, but it will take someone with a lot more Photoshop skills than I have to do it. I just sent you the big file. I'm still working on it right now, I definitely got the white whiter, trying to sharpen it a bit also, I'll send the final version when I'm done.
