Cam Install Question

I just recently got a RR cam from the salvage yard. When I got home to install I noticed pits on one of the cam journals. I was wandering if this would cause any problems. I just wanted to see the difference between stock, RR, and a turboalpine RR regrind, so it won't be in very long, hopefully not(waiting on my regrind). What do you think

If they are very small and below the bearing surface it probably won't hurt anything. if the bearing srface isn't smooth, don't use it.

Yeah tey are below the bearing surface, and it is pretty smooth so I guess I'll try it.
