is there a way and how do i bypass or eliminate the boost control switch?? it seems to be opening the waste gate at 5psi

Consider this for testing purposes only: Disconnect the vacuum hose to the Waste Gate Actuator and go for a drive, carefully.Remember that there is nothing to limit boost now so if can flash high real qiuck. If you get more (full) boost then you know you have a problem some where in the system but it is not the turbo or intercooler hoses. Usually the stock BCS isn't the problem (assuming you used to have more boost than you do now.) More likely it is a leak in the intercooler hoses, either in the rubber or because the hose is off location or the clamps are loose or off location. Let us know what you find.
