Hey all,
Yesterday I was doing a complete tune-up on my 1988 TC. I used nothing but OEM Motorcraft parts.
While changing the Cap and attempting to replace the rotor...I noticed that the rotor was nothing like any rotor I've ever encountered before. Keep in mind , on on my 3rd 1988 TC since 1988.
The rotor I got from Ford/Motorcraft was your standard pull off / push-on style....however , when I opened up the dizzy cap that's on the car , I found a rotor of oval design , that is secured with two screws. What the heck do i do now?
Does anyone have a P/N and a source for this odd-ball rotor?
HELP !!!!!!
