He is correct if he said he has an 8.8 , but if it is a 5 speed , chances are it is a 3:55 ratio.
The springs will work . |

I hate it when younins , post incomplete , and or false information.
there were no 8.8 rears in pre 87 model thunder birds or cougars.
The 3:73 /3:55 gears were in the 87-88 automatic/manual cars.

No intercooler on the 86 , I do have a FMIC , motorsport unit in the garage , need to get a ranger radiator to install it .

It is a T-3 .
I don't think the turbo size has much to do with it .
The spray enters after the turbo.
35 to 75 is for wimps . thanks for your input tho ... |
