Gotcha, I definitely misunderstood the first time! hehe
I have been sitting here going over in my head what would be the best way to make it come nice!

If there are gaps behind the projector when it is attached to the housing, then you could just put the whole thing on your vacuum board and try to get a shroud that way. That looks like the process the guy in the video used.

Wow, great progress on this project. Is there any way to mount the projector behind or flush of the rear lens housing to sort of hide the projector or keep it less dominant and keep more or a stock appearance when the lights are off. Is there projectors that are clear in color, to be less noticable? I realize this may be hard to do, just a thought while you are looking for the best options??? Then maybe do something similar for the parking lights.

Thanks! These projectors are made to bolt into the hole for the original bulb. So the only way to make it mount more flush with the stock housing would be to cut out the back of the housing out and move the unit back. Which is definitely possible/doable but I was really hoping to not alter my housing.
I have hopes on make some clear marker lights AFTER I finish with the headlights. If I tried to mix more lenses into this mess at the same time I would without a doubt become more confused than I already am! lol

I've been working on some shrouds, they haven't came out like I was planning so they are still a work in progress.
The shroud by itself. The protective film is still on the plastic giving it that grungy look.

Just the shroud on the housing. The hole needs to be trimmed up. I am thinking that some of that generic rubber trim would work well around the hole to give it a cleaner look and provide a flush fit between the two shrouds.

Here is the lense over top of the shroud. I am thinking it might look ok painted a chrome/aluminum color or maybe a satin black. I really don't know yet, still not even sure if I like it or if I am going to try another design.

I think the style of the shroud you have going is PERFECT. I do think that the hole you cut should be much closer to the projector lens like in the video you linked. You could use the shroud that you have in the pics to test your color combinations that you want to try. I'd try black and silver like you have stated. I haven't ever found a spray paint that resembles chrome well, so I don't know about that one. You should get some pics of the mock ups sitting in the tbird nose, that would be sweet!
