All that shit on the car probably slowed the ET down by an entire second. Don't get me wrong, there is some nice looking rice on the road these days, but PLEASEEEEE gimme a break with this one. LOL

Matt, I got some spare roofing gutter if you want to try to make your own ground effects.

I read some of the comments of the other..ahh..other import owners and even they were pimping on the car.

Did Pete just say what I think he said? But yeah, we've gotta remember that these kids only get $20,000 or so from their parents to buy their new cars in the first place, so then it's up to the kids themselves to modify them to "racing specs". maroon 1987 TC 5spd

gillis valve set at 18lbs, k&n cone on VAM, removed A/C belt, unbolted exhaust at track,
best 1/4 mile: 15.10 @ 89.25mph

UPDATE: car blew the turbo on 8/17/01, so it'll be off the road until next summer when i can fix it.
Estoril blue 1987 TC 5spd, 148k mi, a237, Bailey BOV, spec stg3 clutch, spearco FMIC, 50 trim t3/t4, 3" exhaust, Bamafuel, LM1, 55pph
Best 1/4 mile: 12.31 @ 110mph on 25psi

sweet, around here we call all the smucks who do this kinda stuff "high performance" people, but this is the most drastic case of high performance i have ever seen since we put my 82 rabbitt down a 2 mile 4wheeler trail in the woods(which led to my high performance 3" flex pipe exhaust on the rabbit)
t3/t4 ball bearing hybrid spearco intercooler. Ported big valve head, 44pph injectors,motorsport cam and roller followers kirban afpr walbro 255lph fuel pump 65mm tb atrp downpipe extrude honed intakes and a ported e6 atr external wastegate greddy bov prolly some stuff I missed too

Wonder if those have that product i seen on tv. gutter guards? ya know to keep the leaves and other big objects from clogging up you downspouts?

Hey Jeff, while you're at it, why don't you take two old large coffee cans and mount them onto your exhaust tips, spray paint them "chrome-like" and hand letter "Ford Racing" on the sides.... that should get you some awesome sound and another 25hp............. LMAO
