The washer fluid reservoir in my '86 TC is full of fluid but when I turn it on, the low fluid light comes on and nothing comes out. I can hear the pump run but that's it. Where do the lines from the reservoir run to the squirters??

The lines run along the driver's side, then up on to the top of the firewall. I'd guess your lines are plugged, loose, cracked or the nozzles at the windshield are plugged.
BTW, mine work fine but every time I run the washer, even if the reservoir is full, the idiot light comes on anyway (only while pumping).

Nah, the fluid wasn't frozen. It turned out to be this one-way looking valve going to the line at the firewall that goes to the nozzles wouldn't let any thing flow through it. I replaced with a vaccum line connector. It also turned out that the passenger side nozzle is so clogged it won't work either....I tried poking the junk out of it with a safety pin that didn't clean out enough.
