Also drill some holes (3) all the way through the clips so the epoxy can ooze all the way through. Then coat the entire back side of the clip also. Be sure to let it dry before trying to put the glass in again. Just make sure you have the clips in the right spot on the glass.

Easiest way to make sure you get the clips in exactly the right spot, is to leave them bolted onto the regulator arm the entire time, and leave the window glass fully up. Lower the reg arm down using the pw motor, to do your prep, apply your adhesive of choice directly onto/into the clip (no need to let it dry first if using windshield adhesive), then simply slowly push it back up into the fully up and extended position using the pw motor, guiding the clips onto the bottom of the window as you go. That way the clips end up exactly where they need to be relative to the natural fully up resting position of the regulator arm. Otherwise you may get binding.
