My passenger side window pulled out of the clips a week or so ago, and I took the glass out, cleaned the window throughly and realized I now have no idea where on the window the clips should attach.
Anybody know where they should attach?

I'd attach them to the bottom part of the glass. :crying:
I haven't had to find the spots yet but here is what I would do in that situation. Get a helper to hold the glass all the way up (raised) Run the track up to the bottom of the glass and with the bottom of the clips parallel to the bottom of the glass mark the window where each end of each clip would be on the glass with a marker. Make sure the vertical marks extend a little futher up the window than the clips will go because I think it is best to rough up the glass (both sides) with some coarse sand paper before gluing/bonding the clips in place.

The window is in, the clips are set using the method Pete recommended, the guides are clean and all works well other than a small bit of binding, and I think I have that narrowed down.
1. I called a local glass place to see if they had some glue and the lady I was routed to said the clips came already glued to the replacement window and with a bit of surprise in her voice she said she actually had one they could install for $200.
2. I didn't want to use epoxy, figuring I may not have done a good alignment job, so I used permatex black silicone sealer AND ADHESIVE.
3. Let it sit for a few days before trying the window and all is good with the world again!
