Will Cougar door glass work in a TC?

I found a couple of mid to late 80s Cougars with power windows. The door windows look like the same size. Will the bolt-in glass and mechanism work in a TC?

Got a good deal on it, but maybe I should have saved a little longer!

From a window tinters viewpoint, the door glass is slightly different so I would say it wont work. I could be wrong tho, it has happened once in my life.

The '83-'86 Cougar/T-bird door glasses are the same. There are two seperate types though, with and without vent glass(do not interchange with each other.

All '87-'88 Cougars/T-birds use the same door glass..

I read somewhere that someone used the bolt in glass in their 87/88, so I am assuming that it came from an 83-86 model.

Is this correct?
