Which Monroe Strut? Sensa trac or MonroMatic?

I think I'm going to go with one of the two for economy reasons. As such, which one will provide a more "Firm Mode" ride: SensaTrac or MonroMatic Plus? I read all their site jargon, and am more confused than before.

Seems like the SensaTrac would be stiffer, but it keeps saying "more comfortable ride." I want comfort, but not as much as I want steering control.

do not use monroe SensaTrac shocks or struts on lowered vehicles....u will be changing them in under 6 months...lowered vehicles change where the valve/piston rides in the shock tube..not at the desired position the valve is designed to ride
at... the tube has 3 eliptical slits where the piston rides, giving a smooth ride and when the piston goes to the outer areas of the slits the shock firms up a bit, giving it a somewhat firmer ride to control body roll.these were originally designed to give large truck/suv's a better over all ride monroe if u dont believe me...

to replace electric suspension use :71803 front stang/capri 5861 rear tbird/mark
*****not lowered vehicles*******
