Where is the Fuel pressure relay switch?

Where is the Fuel pressure relay switch on a 88 tc. And do i have to switch it off to change the fuel filter?

Do you mean the inertia switch? If so it's in the trunk. Meny are located on the passanger side. You will have to remove the plastic liner and it should be between the quater panel and a support post for the trunk lid hinge. Just unplug it and start the the engine. When it dies the pressure is gone. Plug it back in when your finished and prime the injectors by turning the key to the on position ( 1 notch before you hit the starter )

If all you want to do is change the filter, just let the car sit overnight, and change the filter the next day. Most of the pressure will bleed off after the car sits for 12+ hours. Been doing it like that for 18 years on EFI Fords, never had a problem.
