Try an industrial tool supply store.
I get mine here: http://www.royalsupply.com/contact-us/contact-us.htm
but this place is local to me.
You can get them from Harbor Freight also.

You only need one or two. Probably cheaper at Harbor Freight, harborfreight.com

For the exhaust, you need the one to the left of the penny in the picture. I use that cutter for about 95% of exhaust manifold and cyl head cutting. You will need a couple grind stones (I don't have pictures) to smooth things out after the cutters. Lowes and Home depot have a limited selection. Some sanding rolls would be nice, to smooth out the stone work and where the stones can't reachh You can get a kit from Standard Abrasives or from Summit that has enough to do one engine

Or you could have someone do it for you. Email me if interested

svo-thunderchicken, one of those shoud last you through several jobs if it's good quality and you don't nick the cutters. That one is made for hard metals. Like Jeff said, it will not work with aluminum. Aluminum will just clog the blads and you will spend more time cleaning the blades than grinding aluminum. You need different cutters for aluminum. You can't use grind stones on aluminum either, it just cloggs them up also and you cannot clean them. Sanding rolls work well on aluminum

Thanks John L
I have one very similar to the big alumacut pictured on the far right here: http://procarbide.com/burshpescuts.php
It will do everything needed, cutting wise, on intakes except maybe the very last finish work on knife edging the lower intake. You still need sanidng rolls for much of the intake work. Remember that these Alumacut cutters are not intended for cast iron.
The double cut type cuts fastest on cast iron and that is what I use for head and exh manifold work.
