what does mandrel bent mean?

what does mandrel bent mean with a 3" inch
down pipe? i don't know what kind i should get?

mandral bends are made with a shoe inside and another outside this makes the bend with minimal deformity always go with this type of bend when possible

I agree with williams, mandrel bends flow better. Look at your exaust system, where the pipes are bent over the rear axle you can see how they kind of crimp on the inside of the bend. Mandrel bends don't have those crimps or kinks they are smoothe bends and flow better [Image: smile.gif]
