What cam is this?

I bought a rebuilt motor and it came with a roller cam. It says A9119 on the cam. I am assuming it is the ranger roller cam. Am I right? It doesn't look very aggressive, so I think its for low end torque. I'm trying to sell it because I had an A237 to put in my car.
