Well i plugged the waste gate line

I plugged the wastegate line and went out for a drive. I eased into her and then punched it waiting to hear the buzzer and see the light. Well it didnt happen it went to 10 like always so i think my waste gate is sticking

How quickly does it boost to 10 psi? If the WG itself is stuck partly open, it will spool very slowly. If the WG is fully shut, and you have no boost leaks (IC hoses, etc), the turbo could be bad. Pull the inlet elbow and see if it looks like the compressor fins are hitting the housing.

I would say its a perrty slow spool. But i will pull the elbow and check that out. It doesnt look to hard to bolt another turbo on.
