Wondering why there is a 'Warning Level' Indicator on the block below my location when I reply. Did I upset the web gods?
Seems it's only there if I'm logged in.

I think it's due to a faulty IVR used in the website "Dashboard"

Only the account holder, and Administrators, can see the warning level of an account. So I can't see yours and you can't see mine. That's also why you can only see yours when you're logged in.
The Warning system is used for Moderation purposes. The Administrators can define the system as to what types of bad behavior (inappropriate language, etc.,) and what types of actions result if someone does the bad behavior (account banned, etc.,).
If yours shows 0%, you're fine.
