I'm looking for a good used automatic transmission for my 1987 Thunder TC. I am in Michigan, prefer something close, but will look at others. The transmission and converter is preferred.

Joe tells me you are interested in his old auto trans. I live in Mt Clemens and am willing to give it up. I asked the shop how had it would be to get it out of my old car. They will let me know. I'm sure they are going to charge me something to get it out. I am going to want to at least get that money. You are going to have to come and get it or figure a way to get it where you are at.

I'm leaving town for a few weeks. I'll check in with the shop when I get back. I bought Joe's TC, which needed an engine re-build, and had the transmission from my beat up TC swapped over. I am going to part out my TC. Right now my engine and Joe's transmission are just hanging in my car. The mounts from my car won't take the automatic transmission.
