I have headliner material to recover my visors, since the old material has all fallen off. It looks like the visors are made out of one-piece of plastic which is folded in half with the headliner covering over them. Does anyone know how the halfs can be separated so new headliner can be inserted?

Mike,

I don't know if this helps , but I had mine done at an upholstery shop. They told me they were a bitch to do - not easy at all. You may want to go that route. I think they charges me $50 for the pair plus material.

Got the passenger side done, sort of. I found the material, and figured out a way to make it sort of work. I'll do a write-up when I do the driver side and get the technique down.

this is a real easy fix... goto the junkyard and buy a near pair.... or pay up the ass for custom work....
