Vehicle weight reduction story

A friend of mine was going nutty reducing weight for the race he was entering. This guy went as far as weighing sunvisors, ash tray, door panels, etc, etc. He turns to me and says "Dude" can you think of anything else I can do to reduce weight". I tell him to get rid of the huge spare tire. He says, "Duh! I already did". I then point to his massive belly(Dude is like 300lbs) and say, "I dont think so". LOL!

Its funny how we get so caught up on our cars, but forget about our own health. Car cant go anywhere, or down any track, if we are not alive behind the wheel.

Just food for thought.

Personally.... I'm not into weight reduction...I enjoy the comfort the fox bird/cougars offer...if max speed is my only goal...I would own a fox mustang. Going fast with class is a moto from the turbo Buick crowd. But that should also apply to us!

So true. Americans have come to accept substandard food as acceptable. So much that we in this country eat, is filled with non-food products. Read the food labels of the stuff in your house. If you can't pronounce it, it ain't food and your body doesn't know what to do with it. The result is that we have so many cancers, a drug store on every corner for people trying to fix the problems their diet created, by using a pill that fixes one problem and then creates another.
