Valve springs

I'm having my head machined and I'm wondering wich valve springs to use (crane,comp,lunati) and are there better than stock valve seals to use? Keep in mind I'm running a stock cam but gonna run big boost and higher revs. Thanks

How high do you expect to rev it? It's rev limited by the EEC around 6250 rpm. New stock springs are probably good for a over 6K with a stock cam. Until you get it modded some, it's not going to breath that high any how, especially with the IHI turbo. See the article on "Beginner Mods for HP" in the Technical Articles
