Valve spring Specs

hi, i need some valve spring specs for 5.0 valve springs. Are 5.0 valve springs and the 5.0 HO springs. Are they the same, any specs. I need 100 on the seat, and 200 open @ 450 lift for my new cam.

I am running 5.0 springs on my 2.3 the spring rates equaled to 115 seat and 210open I am sure they droped 10 or 15psi after it ran a few times. With my a-237 I still had lots of room befor I had coil bind, I would check coil bind after you install the cam though just to be safe.
