Check ALL vacuum hoses - if they haven't been changed, they're 22 years old. Also check all gaskets that were disturbed by removing and replacing the valve cover. Check the PCV valve and hose. Check the spark plug wires - they are easy to damage when removing.
That ought to keep you busy for a while! Good Luck, keep us posted.

Please, please use some punctuation and capitalization. Your post is darn near incomprehensible.

Its been asked before, and it does nothing. Mabey if we stop responding to incomprehensible posts, mabey they will learn to make it readable.
Or not.
To answer your question HOODBIRD; I'm betting that you have an intercooler connector bent over itself, or a simple vac line disconnected. Check the intercooler to turbo connector, as they are known to fold over in the rear where it is not visible.

Did you leave the lower intake attached to the head, or did you remove it? If you removed it, it may be leaking at the gasket. FYI, when doing a HG change, leave the lower intake attached to the head.
