Hi TC50. Do you have any suggestions how can I check that? I can see the dump valve way up there on the pedal lever, but I'm not sure what I can do to test it. If it were pressure, I could just spray soapy water and look for bubbles, but as it is vacuum, not so easy?

Ah, I guess I should "try blocking off the hose to the dump valve," as Thorssell suggests. I will try clamping it off while performing the servo operational test, if the test fails.

TC50, u nailed it. I found the dump valve pushed away from the brake pedal lever. I pushed it back in, did the operational servo test with the car running, and got the throttle to accelerate. Tyvm!
