Urgent help needed ABS

Coming home today the "brake" and "Anti-Lock" lights came on.
I was close to home so I popped the hood and have a buzzing sound coming from under the brake fluid reservoir.
There is a black pod (for lack of a better word)
that is hot to the touch and seems to be where the buzing is coming from.
What is it and is that my problem.
And ,, how to fix it if it is.
I am going to disconnect the battery and see if it will reset.
I also don't need a battery drain,,,

OK, so the battery disconnect didn't work so I found the plug for that part and unpluged it. Buzz is gone but what now?
What is that part and what does it do?

The answer was there,, simple low on fluid,, or so it seems at this point,,

Well, It turns out the relay is bad.
Ford part is discontinued and I'm having a hard time finding one.
Any ideas on where to go or a part number from a independent parts house?

Look in the Part # forum for after market relays.
Just search on "relay"

only thing I can think of would be trying one from a salvage yard and see how it works, or what Pete just said haha

i just got the whole module and everything else for 50 bucks on craigslist... man i love that site the gut also threw in floormats, passenger door panel arm rest, turbocoupe molding badges and a slave cylinder cover for 20 more.
