Upside down Bird

One of my buddies from high school wrecked his '88TC and its been sitting in a field on its roof for about two years now. I am in need of rear shocks, and I was gonna gank them, but I was wondering if being upside down for that long would mess up the shock's valves?

Also there is a chance that I can talk this kid into letting me part it out, so if I get some feedback on anybody needing parts, let me know. The motor was strong, and the drivetrain is in tact. The insurance company totalled it because he pretty much destroyed every body panel while sliding through an icy ditch at 70 in January (he isn't the brightest kid ever).

I doubt that sitting upside down is going to hurt the valving.

How many miles on it and what kind of shape is the interior in? what color interior?

I could use some door panels(need the components...handle, armrests, etc.).....I could also use some leather seats, my driver-side was destroyed by the person that owned the car before me and the back seats were sundamaged before i got the tint put on. Any help would be great! thanks alot.

Being upside down would not hurt them... BUT if the dust shields have filled with water(I'd say very likely) they are gonna be junk.

I forgot to mention anything about the interior. If memory serves correctly, it's a deep blue exterior and I think the interior is the similar deep blue. No leather. Inerior is decent, nothing spectacular.

For those of you who replied about the doors and door panels, I think they are in good shape. I'm going home this weekend from school, so I will see what I can do.

And yes, I guess you could call it "flipping the bird."
