In reference to the Car Show that was scheduled for Family Ford on Friday Night, June 2, 2006 during the All Ford Nationals:
Don Holton had this listed on his web site as a confirmed event but he recently sent me an email stating that it is still in the negotiating process. Apparently the gentleman at Family Ford who was in charge of this show last year is leaving the dealership and nobody has stepped forward to head the show up for 2006. Don is trying to get the show firmed up and as information becomes available, I'll keep everyone updated.

Just got an email back from Mr. Holton that stated he had made contact with an individual at Family Ford and the SHOW IS ON! It will be Friday Night, June 2, 2006 from either 5 - 8 pm or 6 - 9 pm. Further information will follow as I get it.

That's good news! It was fun last year in spite of the not so good weather.

As stated above, the car show is a go. The popular time slot is to have the show from 6-8 pm. The menu looks like hot dogs, soft drinks, and chips. Flyers will be distributed with maps on how to get from the Fairgrounds to Family Ford. The flyer will also mention NATO as a co-sponsor of the event along with the ITC. A proposal to have a DJ is still up in the air.

Hey Gary,
These flyers with maps on them, please tell me that Dan S. isn't making these up. Because I followed one of his maps before and I seen a lot of country in Harrisburg.
