Don't feel like buying a full set of 12pt just yet. Need to pull d-shaft.
What size are the bolts on an '88 Auto?

All the search brings up is a post on part numbers, that states "M12x1.75 27mm". I am not well versed in deciphering bolt size designations. I would guess 12, but guessing doesn't get the bolts out when I show up with the wrong size socket...

I know that the socket was in my 1/4 inch drive set. Broke it loose with the wrench, but like you I didn't have 12 pt sockets in metric. Space was at a premium also, I don't think the 3/8 drive fit between the shaft and flange??!!?? But there has been a few brain cells under the bridge since last time I did one!

Turned out to be 12MM. Used a box wrench with a pipe. Bent the wrench up, but they came out.
Thanks
