Probably the MFS. Common Ford problem. Time to break out the wiring diagrams and a DMM and start doing some troubleshooting.

I would check that all your bulbs are still good. When a bulb goes out in the tail light, the blinkers won't work. Happens to my bird almost every time I go to the car wash instead of washing it by hand. Water gets in on the hot bulb and breaks it, then the blinker quits. Yep, check those bulbs.
