Is it leaking on the supply side (top of the center section), or at the supply manifold on the drivers side near the back of the engine, or the return side (bottom)? Any connection can be cross threaded and then leak. I have heard of the 90* brass fitting cracking. Check for crossthreading on the supply line. Tell us more. New supply lines can be purchased from Stinger, see below.
If from the top, can you tell it's where the 90* brass fitting goes into the center section or is it where the supply line goes into the 90* brass fitting?
If from the return line, is it at the center section or at the block or it somewhere along the return line? Are you using the original return? If you got the original return line and it's leaking along the flex steel part, it's fried and you will need to purchase an aftermarket return line. See Stinger Performance:

The IHI is what came stock on the 87-88s but many have been upgrades to Air Research T3s or T3/T4 or Holsets. The IHI will have 2 coolant lines going to the center section on the exhaust manifold SIDE of the turbo, as it sits on the engine. A T3 or T3/T4 will have one line on the exhaust manifold saide and one coolant line on the shock tower/fender side of the center section
The return line is only gravity flow and must travel down hill all the way to the block, no downhill then uphill. If the line runs uphill on the way to the block it will back up and soon be under some pressure that may cause a leak.
