Turbo / Fuel Questions

First off, I've finally started looking for another turbo to replace my toasted ihi. The local junkyards have been sucked dry of any T3 turbos, so i started checking online instead. I then came across this deal: http://www.turbochargers.com/currentspec...4turbo.htm and decided to email them about a t3/t4 made to tbird specs. Has anybody here dealt with this company before?

Also, i've decided to buy a kirban afpr and walbro in-tank 255 high pressure pump. Are there any snags in the installation process I should be aware of(I heard something about an incorrect pump to tank rubber seal that came with the kit, is that true?)? Thanks for any feedback, guys. It's only been a month so far without my tbird but i'm already in turbo & manual trans withdrawal over it [Image: frown.gif]

If you buy the 255 pump, it will probably come with the accessories like the square O ring gasket to fit a 5.0 Stang tank. The TC tank has a bigger hole, so you need a different O ring... about $3 from Ford. When i put in my 255, I had to do a little cutting on the rubber vibration isolation sleeve the pump fits into, but that added maybe 5 minutes to the install.

The AFPR is an easy direct bolt on. Should take all of 20 minutes to install. It is a MUCH easier install on a 2.3T than it is in a 5.0, where you have to pull the upper intake to even see the reg.

When I put mine in I had to take the metal retaining ring off the bottom end of the old pump and put it on the new pump to hold the filter sock in place.
