Was it daylight or dark? A slight glow after vigorus driving at night would be normal. A bright glow in the dark is too much
If it's glowing in day light, that's a problem.

Too much glow is an indication or too lean or too rich or incorrect cam or ignition timing or plugger cat converter.

Any other symptoms ie less power than normal,
pinging, running hotter than normal, rich smell to the exhaust, decrease in gas mileage?

Glowing after a freeway cruise at near legal speeds is NOT normal. A dull glow after WOT high boost driving is normal, but should quickly go away when driving normally.

Run the codes, looking for a 41 (lean) or 42 (rich).
