A stock t3 can get you into the high 13's easily. An 86-87 GN turbo(needs some stuff changed on turbo to work) would be a good choice also. You will need to upgrade the in tank fuel pump and get an adjustable fuel regulator to run 13's. the stock fuel system won't keep up. Check here,
