Tubbed T-Bird

Well what do you guys think? Take an 87 TC and tub it stuff some big tires. Beef up the motor a little. Then a 1-in-a-kind TC.

Are you going to drive it on the street? Or strip? I know the 2.3Turbo can make some HP if you beef it up. But if your going to tub your TC that means you are going to have a whole lot of tire on the road. I hope your not thinking of spinning those with stock drive parts (trans, drive shaft, rear end) Anyway I think if done right so the tires sit up into the wheel wells a little, I think it would look bad as hell.

No I am going to put a narrowed dana rearend new drive shaft,and a new street/strip trans mission in it. I thought about dropping a built 302 in it then putting a turbo charger on it so it still would be a TC.
