I got something to cover up the trunk lid that matches the trunk covers.  I really like it.

I had an extra trunk lid that I let Rick borrow and he used it for measurements.  I put an Instagram link to his store below.

Mikey, looks good.
I miss my car but my wife and I are enjoying traveling in our RV.
Just another chapter in our lives!
When I get back to RI, I need to contact you about a bunch of parts I need to give you!
I have given up on the idea of trying to sell off what I have left and you’re the only New Englander around who gives 2 shits about these cars.
I’ll be contacting you in a few weeks.
Rick

Have to drill about 5 holes in the lid for the plastic push pins to hold it in.

Thanks Rick!
Did you stay in one place this winter or did you move around a bit?  The Mrs. &I may do something similar when we retire.  We really enjoyed renting a RV to drive across the US in '19.
Talk to you soon and safe travels,
Mike

Thanks Jeff!  It was Rick's idea for the Tbird symbol color to tie the tail lights and interior together when open.  I just need to remember to unplug that bulb at car shows.

Hi Mikey, we spent 5 months at the same rv resort in Punta Garda FL. Nice area. We are going back in October for 6 months, hopefully we can do more fun things there as this fu#$&n COVID calms down. We are strongly considering going full time in our RV and will probably sell our house when we get back to RI around 4/17. I am currently in SC, heading back home, doing about 300 to 400 miles a day. Looking to buy a new, bigger fifth wheel and dually pickup to haul it with. Trucks are hard to come by because of COVID. Seems like everything is a problem due to COVID.
I’ll touch base with you and let you know what I have left for spare parts and we can get together sometime and get you hooked up.
Keep the Tbird life alive!
Rick
