In june of this year I sent $200 for a rebuilt IHI turbo to Troy Lewis at 575 Nemeha Baileyville KS 66404 and did not recieve the turbo. After many attempts of email he has not responded or offered to refund my money. DO NOT DEAL with him. His email address is [email protected]. If anyone has any more info on Troy especially a phone number please post.

I thought his "E" was eyeb6ube(9) as in 69. Don't know anything about him or this situation, I just remember his "E" referring to 6-9??
