so if i only boost 2-3 pounds itss fine but if i go over that i loose power, but if im at 3 grand or more then it gets about half power and goes. ive replaced the fuel pump the fpr and fuel filter any ideas?

What fuel pressure readings do you get at idle?

Vacuum / pressure leak? Carefully check the IC hoses for cracks, leaks, etc. Some cracks only open under boost. Also be sure all hoses are securely clamped.

could be VAM hose closing up, ive seen that. which pump did you replace? don't 86's have two, a volume from the tank and a high pressure on the frame canister?
could also be blowing out spark from weak wires, dirty or poorly gapped plugs, or a failing coil.
when you replaced the fuel system components, did it change anything?
any other mods besides what in your sig?

Sorry for the delay guys broke my WGA snap ring off, its a bitch to find one that small! before boost would just slow the car down but now after my changes it only responds well to boost after 3 grand
My mods are as follows
FMIC
WGA runs off vacuum tree boost
Running only 10 pounds right off the WGA
Cat delete
straight through muffler
cone filter
New 255 pump
umm i think thats it.haah

and i was 90% sure there was only one pump on the 86 may be completly wrong though
ill probably change the coil next week i just did the wires and plugs though ( upgraded to some e3's!) after changing the pump is when i noticed the difference though

I thought the 86 and down had 2 fuel pumps ??
