Track Visit Saturday 7/7/07

Anybody planning to go to the (A) Dragstrip this weekend, if so Which one and when. I'd like to get a timeslip this weekend before it gets real hot again! Open to travel.

I'm thinking of getting some runs in Sunday morning/afternoon at MIR.

doug i think youre nuts its supposed to be in the upper 90s with really high humidity sun. in these parts and mir is only about 1 1/2hrs away from my place

Yeah, I know. Going to try to get there early and get a few runs anyway. I want to see how this thing pulls out of the hole. Maybe the heat will keep the attendance low also.

yeah maybe sounds good i wish mine was tuned and i had my lower intake and 75# injectors in so i could come down and we could run together i think you should try to come up to mason dixon some weekend even if mines not tuned ill still run it just cuz its fun as hel1, and to run with another tc would be fun, but like i said in the other post make sure you are sitting all the way back in the seat cuz i made the mistake of leaning a little forward the 1st time i launched of the et streets and i could barely move my back when i got out i twisted it so bad and i only had a 1.8 60'

Lol, I'll move the seat up to be sure. I think MNTCAT? has a little meet at M.D. sometime in the summer. I hope you will make it to Cecil again too. And I have a good feeling Mike C will be there also.

yeah ill try for cecil but that was a long haul last year its about 2 1/2 hrs., id love get try to get some ppl to run at dixon just because there are always so many freakin civics and integras i cant stand them and there is this one civic that is a 4 door and runs nitrous and his best run that ive seen out of the 3 times ive been down was a 16.2, id love to see a few 2.3s down there to show them whats up

yeah that is what ive been doing for the past 8 month anyway and it runs alright i guess, maybe ill get some money for my birthday on the 29th this month and send it up to mcnews and have them burn a chip and dyno tune it for me tho
