I know I saw somewhere - Not sure if it was on the NATO site, a test harness that was made to help with adjusting the TPS voltage. I would fabricate one to make future adjustments easy?

Anyone else see this or can provide the link?

It's pretty easy. Go to the jy and cut out the connector to the TPS on both sides. Take the 2 ends and splice them together leaving a place to connect the meter.

What's wrong with just sliding a couple of paper clips into the back of the tps's wiring harness?

Here is what I do

Go into the kitchen drawr grab a tie for a sandwhich bag...light it on fire and burn off the plastic

try not to harm yourself or inhale any fumes

stick the exposed wire into the TPS connector and hook up the multimeter.

I just bought a little box of pins from a drug store. They have the plastic balls on the end with different colors. This way I can use the colors to know whats pos and neg or whats what when I stick em and use the pin post to touch the meter on!You can almost match any wire with these color coded pins.Just my .02
