Around here all we have close is a 1/8 mile track so i took the 88 TC out to see what it does. Well, the boost is set to only hit 7psi
RUN 1:
R/T: .383
60': 2.819
330': 7.779
MPH: 46.81
1/8: 11.766
MPH: 60.93
RUN 2:
R/T: .465
60': 2.590
330': 7.458
MPH: 47.20
1/8: 11.417
MPH: 61.50
I suppose for only 7psi, FULL tank of gas and 188k on the clock, it is not to bad.

guy that i bought the car from changed out what ever the valve on the turbo is so that it would only run 7 psi to conserve on gas. I have the piece to put back on just have not messed with it yet.

You can just put an aftermarket boost control in it and get around the 7 psi when you want, or turn the control down and only run 7 psi when you want

yea i have not had it that long and have been more into getting stuff to mod my 82 stang. this is my daily, so i have not really done anything to it since i have gotten it. There are some plans for it, but i can only afford to do one car at a time.
